Hydra Alkaline Water – Terms of Service

1. Product Warranty

All Hydra Alkaline Water systems include a 10-Year Mechanical Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty coverage applies to Hydra equipment only and does not extend to installation, labor, plumbing, or third-party components not provided by Hydra.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be submitted directly to Hydra.

2. Installation

Hydra Alkaline Water is a product supplier only and does not directly perform installation.

Hydra will facilitate installation services through a licensed plumbing partner at the customer’s request. In such cases, all installation services are provided by an independent contractor, and liability for installation workmanship rests solely with the installer.

Customers may alternatively choose to arrange their own installation. In that event:

Hydra is not responsible for damage to the system caused during installation.

Hydra is not liable for installation errors, workmanship issues, leaks, or related damages.

The warranty does not cover equipment damaged due to improper installation.

3. Right to Cancel

In compliance with federal and state regulations, customers have a 3-Business-Day Cancellation Period from the date of purchase.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or certified mail recommended) within this time frame to be eligible for a full refund.

Equipment must be returned in its original, unused condition for cancellation to be valid.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified on the invoice.

Late or returned payments may be subject to fees.

Title to the equipment transfers upon full payment of the invoice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hydra Alkaline Water is not responsible for:

Plumbing modifications required for installation.

Installation-related damages, workmanship issues, or property damage.

Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages related to product use or installation.

Hydra’s liability, if any, is strictly limited to the purchase price of the equipment.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, AZ.

7. Acceptance

By accepting delivery of Hydra equipment and/or services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
